Ernst-Olav Ruhle

Dr. Ernst-Olav Ruhle is managing director of JUCONOMY Consulting, a consultancy in regulatory and network economics closely linked to JUCONOMY Attorneys with offices in Dusseldorf (Germany) and Vienna (Austria). Before that Dr. Ruhle held several senior management positions in German and Austrian Telecom operators and, at the beginning of his career, was engaged in research during his employment with WIK (Germany). He has published more than 120 articles and books on telecom market and regulatory issues.
