Paul Richards

Paul Richards is an economist currently employed in the Regulatory Affairs Department of BT, a position he has held for over nine years. Prior to working in telecommunications, he held positions in a number of private and public sector organisations, including a period on secondment at the European Commission working on reform in the postal sector. His work at BT has included market analyses and competition related issues. He has published widely including recently in the European Competition Law Review, Telecommunications Policy and the Journal of Network Industries.
